Shipping

• We currently only ship within Australia.

• Please allow up to seven (7) days for processing/packing/shipment of order.

• Flat rate delivery fee of $12 on all orders

• Once order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

• Local pick-up/drop-off is available for the Penrith, NSW area when selecting Local Pick-Up Option. You will be notified when pick up is ready.

• All orders in Penrith & St. Marys NSW area have FREE delivery.

Return Policy

No exchanges or returns accepted.  However, if you have any issues with your product please email janelle@flickeringelements.com and we will be happy to work with you.
